How have I never heard of these online game streaming services?

The main complaint I see in reviews is (shockingly to me) not latency, but just blurry graphics caused by unreliable wifi and low-quality internet links.  But it could be seriously interesting in a fiber network, connected by nice stable MoCA instead of wifi, with tons of bandwidth to spare.
