The old Linux-ARCnet documentation used to describe a really oddball setup involving a combination of ethernet-encap and RFC1201 hosts with an internet gateway and some masquerading. Since the new version of the ARCnet driver auto-detects encapsulations, this isn't nearly as interesting anymore, so this section isn't written yet.
