No APM update in 2.2.10 (Was: Re: apmd 3.0beta8 is released)

Hi all,

I did not submit it to Linus (or Alan for that matter) because
after letting it loose, I got only two responses and I don't
consider that enough testing.

<small rant>
This is what I usually find - I send out a patch saying "please
test and let me know" and I get no feedback!  Testing is especially
necessary with the APM stuff because none of the systems I have access
to exhibit any of the problems I am trying to fix!

I know I didn't announce the last patch on this list. I forgot - I shall
try to remember next time.
</small rant>

Summary - I need positive (as well as negative) feedback.
