apmd 3.0beta4 released

Hi all,

I just uploaded apmd 3.0beta4 to the usual place:

The changes are all minor, but these cleanups have been waiting in my inbox
for too long.  I've corrected some typos in the man pages and removed the
silly and broken access() checks on the pre_suspend and post_resume
commands.  Also the Debian startup script is a bit smarter.

Nothing major here.  I've been convinced to accept patches that add support
for a "dispatcher script" (instead of or in addition to separate -s, -r, etc
options) or any support for new kernel stuff.  So go ahead and write it, I
promise it'll get integrated this time :) (relative to 3.0beta3 or 4,
please)
