I don't know of any such list.  If there is demand, I can create one
@worldvisions.ca.

We could also hold kernel-apm discussions on this list; after all, the
kernel and apmd are rather closely related, and I would like to know about
kernel changes (and the kernel maintainers might want to know about apmd
changes...)

Is that how other people see it?
