It's not really my field of expertise. Someone else asked it on the kernel list recently and received no reply. I have an EPoX motherbord with an Award bios, and it gives me a kernel panic - general protection violation right after the "the system is halted" message. This happened with kernels 2.0.34 and 2.0.35. The system shuts down fine under Win/95. Do you know if there is anything I can do about this? Thanks much, Dan ----- End forwarded message ----- Index: [thread] [date] [subject] [author] |
