Dell Latitude CP (266Mhz) doesn't suspends in a docking station

Hey Everyone,

I have Mandrake 6.1 running here on my laptop and
everything works fine while OUT of the docking
station (even on AC power).  

But.. when in the docking station, I can run 
"apm and the monitor shuts down but the system
stays up. If I move the mouse, the monitor comes
back on.

The hardware in the docking station is:

	An Adaptec 2940 controller
	A 3Com 905C 10/100 NIC
	A CMD 640 IDE controller

So.  I made ALL of those devices as modules and
unloaded them ALL and tried again.  No joy.

Does anyone have any ideas?
