pcmcia needs manual suspend on Thinkpad 600

Try changing PCMCIA_EJECT_ON_SUSPEND in /etc/apmd_proxy to read like
the following:

PCMCIA_EJECT_ON_SUSPEND=true

This will automatically "eject" your PCMCIA cards when you go into
suspend mode.
