In the cases I have tracked down so far, the suspend-reject was due to the sound being ``in use'' (due to G2 realaudio). It is really irratating that it is not possible to get feedback from the APM-BIOS as to what caused the rejection of the suspend. This is a real weakness in the design. Jont -- Jont B.
